TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS
- I/We agree and accept the services provided by the Bank/ Payment gateway ("the bank") to carry out my payment instructions to SNWF.
- I/We have no objection whatsoever, for providing my/our billing details to the Bank/payment gateway
- SNWF is not liable for any error or discrepancy of any nature whatsoever;
- I/We shall not hold, SNWF responsible for any loss, damages, etc. that may be incurred/suffered by me/us if the information contained turns out to be inaccurate/incorrect.
- I/We agree that any disputes on Payment details will be settled directly with bank/payment gateway and SNWF shall not be liable on any account.
- I/We agree that payments made by me/us are in the nature of a voluntary contribution//donation for the charitable purposes of SNWF as and I/We will not hold the Bank responsible for Mall rejecting the payment for any reasons whatsoever.
- I/We agree that the record of the instructions given and transactions given to the payment/gateway shall be conclusive proof and binding for all purposes and can be used as evidence in any proceeding.
- I/We agree that charges, if any, for the Shopping Mall Payment services will be at the sole discretion of the Bank and the Bank is at liberty to vary the same from time to time, without giving any notice.
- I/We agree that the bank / payment gateway will not be held responsible and the Bank’s / payment gateway role is restricted to provision of information and payment service only.
- I/We agree that the Bank / payment gateway is at liberty to withdraw at any time the Payment facility, or any services provided thereunder, in respect of any or all the account(s) without assigning any reason whatsoever, without giving me/us any notice.
